Delano Landfill Closure

Halme Construction installed a gas collection system and soil cap for Cell #1 of this facility. The project included over 45,000 CY of onsite excavation and embankment. Halme offered the owner a revised grading plan that saved the project from importing several thousand tons of material, which resulted in substantial savings for the owner while accomplishing the project objective.
