Halme Construction does a good deal of work in public contracts doing roads, utilities, paths and bridges. We also work for private developers installing infrastructure for their developments.  Requirements may differ project to project, but one constant is the quality and care we put into our work.  We have a fleet of well maintained earthmoving equipment, including leading edge technologies such as GPS grade control.
