I-90 Safety Enhancements

Halme Construction worked on Interstate-90 under 2 prime contractors on 3 separate contracts.

Tokio Road to Lincoln County Line:

Halme Construction worked as a subcontractor under Poe Asphalt on this project. Halme Construction’s scope of work included blasting and removing about 16,000 CY of shot rock from the back slopes to a waste area along with misc. other drainage and grading items.  Barnes Blasting performed the blasting for Halme on this project.

Adams County Line to Spokane County Line:

Halme Construction worked under Inland Asphalt Company as a subcontractor on this project. This project included blasting and removing about 90,000 CY of shot rock from the back slopes to a waste area along with misc. other drainage and grading items. North Idaho Drilling performed the blasting for Halme on this project.

Lincoln to Salnave:

Halme Construction worked under Inland Asphalt Company as a subcontractor on this project. This project included blasting and removing about 20,000 CY of shot rock from the back slopes to a waste are along with misc. other drainage and grading items. North Idaho Drilling performed the blasting for Halme on this project.
