Soap Lake Waste Water Treatment Plant

Halme Construction worked under Mountain States Construction as a sub-contractor for this treatment plant upgrade. Halme excavated/backfilled and prepared the subbase for the clarifier unit and the drying beds.  Halme also performed the yard piping, built the aerobic digester lagoon and several infiltration basins and all access roads.
