Coulee City Wastewater Lagoon Expansion

This project included building an 8 acre lagoon complete with sand liner cushion and an HDPE Liner. Halme Construction was able to take full advantage of the efficiency of the GPS grade control of the dozers on this project. Very little staking was required as the 3-D model in the equipment created the lagoon floor and sides exactly per plan.  Barnes Blasting worked as a subcontractor on this project and Northwest Lining and Geotextile Products provided the geotextile and the liner.
