Granite Pointe

This project was completed for HAL Valley Apartments.

The Project included installing approximately 1,500 LF of new street and all utilities included in the off-site improvements for this new apartment complex. A special challenge on this project was to complete the road work by fall and have the road paved so the apartments could be occupied by spring. This work began in mid- August and was completed ahead of schedule. Poe Asphalt performed the paving on this project and Five-Star Concrete installed the curb and sidewalks.
