Sunset Crossing Development

Halme Construction has completed 2 phases of this development for Hayden Homes.

The first phase of 63 lots was completed in 2007. This subdivision included installing sewer, water, storm pipe, drywells, drainage swales and street and lot construction. The key challenge to this phase was to pave before the winter weather hit. Approvals were very slow during the final stage and construction was not able to get under way until mid August. Halme was able to staff the project to complete the work on time and pave in the fall. The paving work on this project was performed by Shamrock Paving and the concrete work by Wm. Winkler Company.

The second Phase called Sunset Crossing North was completed in 2008.

This 67 lot project included installing sewer, sewer pumps, water, storm pipe, drywells, drainage swales and street and lot construction. The paving for this project was performed by Shamrock Paving and the concrete work by Five-Star Concrete.
